ILST- Campout

Updated: Nov 9, 2025

On March 17-19th, our troop went to Treasure Valley for both leadership training, and campouts for Scouts.

During the weekend, the few that were selected to participate in the training took classes, and played many leadership games.

Many of the Scouts during the training were taught good core value as leaders, and that they must lead with strong hands, but apply patience and love to their fellow Scouts.

It was a very fun weekend with lots of learning, fun, and experience. The Scouts were able to go on hikes, watch movies, and hang out with each other. We hope to see new faces for next year's leadership training, and when Scouts keep showing their leadership, some might be selected to go to the NYLT.
